Dear Arshad , Salam O Alaikum,

I would like to appreciate your support in making it possible to fix the outgoing email problem that we were encountering with outlook frustratingly for the last 2/3 days. On your instructions Jeff visited us and he tried many options to try to figure out the trouble with the outgoing emails. According to him everything including of coursethe configuration (as you may recall outlook was originally configured by Jeff for our company) were perfect. Nevertheless, despite a perfect configuration the problem was persistent with the outgoing emails. That was quite frustrating until such moment when Jeff asked us to try another card to check if the card was causing us the problem itself ~ and not the configuration. Jeff’s suggestion was commendable. Outgoing email is just working without a flaw since then.
